Disability Pride Day coincides with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This United Nations initiative was created to promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society. To increase awareness of the circumstances of individuals with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.

Tucson’s Disability Pride Day activities will include disabled artists of all types, adaptive sports demonstrations, local advocates and activists, a keynote address and a panel discussion.

Our planning committee is working hard to bring you another great event this year. While things are still in flux, we are excited to share a draft itinerary. Check back regularly for updates.
